Summary: This is my third time staying at the comfort Inn in Swift Current. Although the beds are super comfortable, it is the front of house staff keep me coming back. I have mobility issues and I’m always treated with respect, kindness, and a friendly smile.

Summary: The bathroom was not cleaned( and disgusting ) .. we had to change rooms which was quick the next room had no coffee pot / coffee/ tea although there was 24 hour coffee in lobby but otherwise everything was good .. staff was very nice and bed was good. Breakfast was decent

Summary: Room was very nice clean comfortable. On check in we were put on the 2nd floor. The clerk said when you book on line you are automatically put on the 2nd floor. We are two seniors and climbing stairs (especially carrying a lot of luggage) is difficult. He also made a few negative comments about booking on line. When I asked if we could get a room on the main floor he said he could call his manager but that it would cost 20.00 dollars more. We kept the second floor room but all the ice machine etc were on the first floor. No elevators. It’s a big hotel with many rooms. At breakfast there were 2 tables for 2. And 3 tables for 4. That’s it. So needless to say we had no where to sit so up stairs and down a long hall we traipsed with our food and drinks. One of the tables were set in under the stair case so the poor people were sitting under people walking up and down with openings between the stairs had stuff falling on there table. From the clerks comments it was clear he was disdainful of people booking on line. The facility itself was quite suitable.

Summary: Check in was very fast, cleam room, asked to be put on ground floor, put us on the first floor with a sliding door right in front of our room. Really quiet. Perfect stay.

Summary: Staff were cheery. It was nice to have breakfast available. I was told parking would be right outside my room, but most times there were already people parked there and I had to park elsewhere in the lot. My room was smelly and the floor not clean. There was dog food pieces and crumbs on the floor and stains on the carpet. I did not feel comfortable walking on the carpet with bare feet. The pillow cases and shower curtain were very wrinkled and looked as though someone had slept on them.

Summary: The person who I encountered at the front desk was fantastic. Very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. This would be the type of person I would pay extra to keep as an employee. The room was clean, free parking and the continental breakfast was above average.
